One day, I stumbled upon the story of Queen Idia, the legendary Queen Mother of Benin. Her story inspired me to create something that commemorates her history. It also reminded me of the importance of preserving history through new media and creative expression. By using new art forms, we can make history more accessible and engaging to modern audiences, including younger generations who may be less inclined to visit museums or read history books.
